GNK Softworks Ltd ('we', 'us', or 'our') is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information collected through our website and services. Information We Collect:

When you use our products (FlightDeck EFB App, PAX App, or Website) we may collect information from you required to provide a service. We commit to not using any personal data for the purpose of revenue generation by selling that data. The data we may collect includes:

Feature Data:

Feature data provided by the user in the form of checklists, notes, flight logs, passenger declarations or settings are stored on device. This Feature Data will only be shared or uploaded to our servers if requested by the user through our export, sharing or cloud handoff functionality.

Personal Data:

Some functionality requires you to register for a "FlightDeck Connect" account. FlightDeck Connect is our single account system, used to sign in to FlightDeck websites and applications including the FlightDeck EFB website and the FlightDeck Community. When you create an account we store your name, your email address (and whether it has been verified), a securely hashed version of your password, a record of your acceptance of our terms and, only if you choose to provide it, your date of birth. We do not collect a phone number, postal address or payment card details as part of your account, and we do not keep a record of your IP address or device against your account. We will only ever request information from you that is required in order for us to provide a service. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings — deletion is immediate and permanent and also removes your sessions and sign-in tokens — or you can request deletion via the email on the contact page.

Login with FlightDeck Connect:

You can optionally use your FlightDeck Connect account to sign in to selected third-party applications that offer 'Login with FlightDeck Connect'. This is entirely optional and only available on applications we have reviewed and approved. Before you sign in to a third-party application you are always shown a consent screen listing exactly what data that application has requested and which account you are signing in with, and you can approve or deny the request.

Under our standard integration a third-party application receives at most: an account identifier unique to you, your name, your email address and whether that email address has been verified. This is shared so the third-party site can create or link an account for you and contact you about it. We never share your password, your date of birth or any other account information with third parties, and third-party developers agree to terms that forbid them from selling any data they receive from us.

Other Data:

We reserve the right to collect completely anonymous usage data from our apps and website. This is for analytics purposes and to allow us to see which features are or aren't being used. The data holds no link to your user profile or any personal data we may hold, and is used only to decide which features we should improve or introduce.

How We Use Data:

The information collected when you use our website or products will be used for the following purposes:

• To Provide and Improve Our Services - We use the information collected to provide and personalize our services, analyze usage trends, and improve the quality and functionality of our app, website and tools.
• To Communicate with You - We may use your contact information to send you important updates, notifications about your account, and respond to your inquiries.
• To Process Payments and fulfill orders - We use payment information to process transactions and manage billing for subscription plans and other paid services.
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries - We use the information collected to respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
• To comply with legal obligations - We may use your information to comply with legal obligations, such as responding to legal process or requests from government authorities. We may also use your information to enforce our terms of service and protect our rights.

Information Sharing and Disclosure:

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We will not sell or transmit your account data to anybody other than a third-party website or application that you yourself choose to sign in to with your FlightDeck Connect account. We will never sell data that allows a specific customer to be identified or tracked. We may share your information with third parties only in the following circumstances:

• Login with FlightDeck Connect - If you choose to sign in to an approved third-party application with your FlightDeck Connect account, we share the data shown to you on the consent screen (at most: an account identifier, your name, your email address and its verification status). Nothing is shared until you approve the request.
• Service Providers - We may share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you. These service providers are required to keep your information confidential and are not permitted to use it for any other purpose.
• Legal Compliance - We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests, such as subpoenas or court orders.
• Protection of Rights - We may disclose your personal information to protect the rights, property, or safety of FlightDeck EFB, GNK Softworks Ltd, our users, or the public.

Data Security:

Terms of Service

Welcome to the FlightDeck family of products by GNK Softworks Ltd ('we', 'us', or 'our') (Company Number 15699902). The following document sets out the terms and conditions (the 'Terms of Use') which you (the 'user') agree to be bound by when using our products ('product', or 'service'). We will take use of the product as ongoing acceptance. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the Product.

Description of Service:

FlightDeck EFB is an electronic flight bag (EFB) application designed to assist pilots and aviation enthusiasts in managing their flight operations. The product includes features such as checklists, flight logs, and other tools to enhance the flying experience.

PAX: Passenger Declarations is a purpose-built iOS and Android application designed to assist pilots in creating, managing, and storing passenger declarations for cost-sharing flights in compliance with CAA regulations.

FlightDeck Connect is our account system. A single FlightDeck Connect account is used to sign in to FlightDeck websites and applications, and can optionally be used to sign in to approved third-party applications that offer 'Login with FlightDeck Connect'.

Provision of Service:

The FlightDeck EFB application is a free app available to users worldwide provided to further the mission of making the best aviation tools accessible to all. PAX: Passenger Declarations is available as a one-time purchase. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our products at any time without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our products.

User Responsibilities:

The user is responsible for:

• Ensuring that they are legally allowed to use the product in their country of operation.
• Ensuring that the product, any content (including but not limited to checklists & documents) and features are fit for their usage and inline with local laws and regulations.
• Ensuring that they are using the product in a safe and responsible manner.
• Ensuring that they have the appropriate licenses and permissions to use any content or features within the app.
• Ensuring that they are using the product in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

FlightDeck Connect Accounts:

When you create or use a FlightDeck Connect account you agree that:

• You will provide accurate information when registering and keep your name and email address up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account.
• You will not share your account, impersonate another person or use an account for automated or abusive purposes.
• You must be legally able to enter into these Terms of Use in your country of residence in order to create an account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms of Use or our Community Guidelines, and we may revoke sign-in sessions and access tokens (including those issued to third-party applications) where necessary to protect the service or its users.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. Deletion is permanent and removes your account data, sessions and sign-in tokens.

Developers who wish to offer 'Login with FlightDeck Connect' in their own applications must apply to our developer programme and accept our separate Developer Terms. Each application is individually reviewed and approved by us before it can be used, changes to an approved application are re-reviewed, and we may disable an application or revoke its access at any time.

Intellectual Property:

The FlightDeck EFB product and provided content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software) are the exclusive property of GNK Softworks Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content or features without our express written permission.

Any custom checklists, documents or other content created by the user within the product are the property of the user.

Disclaimer of Warranties:

The product is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the product will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or features provided through the product.

Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the product, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GNK Softworks Ltd, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the product or your violation of these Terms of Use.

Governing Law:

These Terms of Use will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Changes to this policy:

We reserve the right to change the terms of service at any time. If you do not agree with the terms of service you should stop using the FlightDeck EFB apps and website.

Community Guidelines

The FlightDeck EFB is a community of pilots and aviation enthusiasts. We expect all users to treat each other with respect and to follow the guidelines below. Participating in the FlightDeck Community (posting, replying and voting) requires a FlightDeck Connect account.

• Be respectful to all users
• Do not post offensive or inappropriate content
• Do not spam the community with irrelevant content
• Do not post copyrighted material
• Do not post any content that may be harmful to others

We reserve the right to remove any content that we feel breaches the community guidelines, and to restrict, suspend or ban FlightDeck Connect accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach them. A suspended or banned account may lose access to other FlightDeck services that use the same account.

Advertising Policy

It is our commitment that we will not display adverts from "Ad Networks" in the FlightDeck EFB Mobile or Web Apps. This is a simple, solid commitment that we make not only to protect customer data and privacy but also to remove distractions in the cockpit.

We may from time to time place "featured content" such as Managed Checklists, Links and Media in the community section of our apps from users or partners. This will be the only area of the system where promoted content will appear as to not interfere with pilot duties.

This commitment extends to FlightDeck Connect. We do not use your account data for advertising, we do not sell account data, and third-party applications using 'Login with FlightDeck Connect' agree to terms that forbid them from selling the data they receive from us.
